Students or Instructor Cannot Open Assignment Submission
If a student receives an error when opening an attachment on a returned assignment, or you the instructor are receiving an error when opening the attachment to a student's assignment submission, try this fix:
- In the Control Panel, select Customization
- Select Tool Availability
- Without changing any availability, simply click Submit
*This fix will also solve the problem some instructors see when trying to add a tool link in the course menu, and only one tool will appear.
